A group for young people (9 - 18 years old) in Nottingham City with a keen interest in drumming. We are currently offering three sessions for different skill levels, so find the one that suits you best and join us for some fantastic music making.
Who It's For:
For young people (9 - 18 year olds) in Nottingham City who want to learn and/or improve their skills on the drums.
We offer a FREE trial session for all ensembles, so if you're interested in just getting an idea of what rehearsals are like, email email@example.com to set a trial up.
Where & When:
Mondays at the Old Bus Depot, Fisher Gate Point, NG1 1GD
5:30pm to 6pm: Advanced Sessions
6pm to 6:30pm: Intermediate Sessions
6:30 to 7pm: Beginner Sessions
Sessions will cover the foundations of drumming and building technique, developing creative abilities to improvise and compose and take your musicality to the next level.

For young people who live in the city and/or study in a city state school, the annual cost of joining any music hub ensemble is £54 (£15 concessions - see below for more info). Please note that you only have to pay one annual fee but can be part of more than one Music Hub ensemble (for example, your child may play in Kit Connect as well as Guitar Connect but just pay the ensemble fee ONCE).For all other young people, please note that the annual cost of joining a music hub ensemble is £110.
Nottingham Music Hub is committed to making its activities as inclusive and accessible as possible. We are able to offer discounted rates and support for pupils/families who wish to access our ensembles. The application form, available for download below, outlines eligibility criteria and subsidised rates for ensemble fees and concert tickets. Please complete the form and return with any supporting evidence requested.
If you do not meet the criteria outlined but are experiencing financial difficulty, a reduced ensemble subscription may still be applicable.
